Garden Street Hotel

La struttura e nuova, bella, pulita. Le camere sono insonorizzate benissimo. Il personale e molto gentile. L’albergo è dotato anche di una sala giochi dedicata ai bambini, una sala fitness per adulti e la sauna. Lo consiglio molto.

I ate a a couple of meals here whilst staying in St Petersburg, now wishing I had just booked a room there! The hotel had a luxurious and classy design, with attentive and helpful staff. It’s located smack bang in the centre of the city, just off the Main Street and close to many sights and monuments. My first meal was a business lunch, very quick and well priced considering how good it was! I had a Russian salad (my first time, delicious) and a chicken Kiev. I was also given a complimentary mushroom paste filled pastry, super tasty. My second meal was a dinner, venison dumplings and BBQ ribs. The service was speedy, the food divine and the decor well designed. I can’t speak for the rooms, but if they’re as good as the food I can only recommend it.

The hotel itself is located in the heart of Saint Petersburg near many monuments, it is easy to get to by public transport. The interior of the hotel is absolutely fantastic as it is designed in the imperial style, it is spotless and the stuff there are really nice. The restaurant menu is full of choices for any diet preference. The food is mainly Russian dishes with touches of modern cuisine. the food was amazing to the point where you were not just eating with your mouth but with your eyes as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It has a cozy, home-like feeling and it is in a great location so perfect for tourism. They can also recommend best routes to go around St. Petersburg if you ask at reception. They have experience with foreign tourists so they will deal with your visa needs. The restaurant is also worth visiting. The menu is very inclusive, has something for everyone but it also gives the perfect opportunity to try all the local cuisine in a nice setting and affordable prices. Personal recommendation to try the venison dumplings and the beef stroganoff.

The hotel is brilliantly located right near the Nevsky Prospekt area. It is new, very clean and has everything you need! All the staff are very friendly and happy to help with any questions such as directions and recommendations of places to visit. They also were really helpful with the visa and registration process. The restaurant was superb, there were a large selection of Russian (and other) dishes - the Venison Dumplings are a must try! Also the servers were very attentive and friendly. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Quiet street in the center, friendly staff, new gym

Mycket bra hotell, snyggt och rent. Bra service och ett bra läge med närhet till allt samtidigt sonder ligger i ett lugnt område. Ok gym för den som vill träna lite. Trevlig personal som kan lite engelska.
