GBGBWe stayed here for a wedding and it met our expectations perfectly. The staff were incredibly helpful, even storing some medicine for our child in their fridges overnight. Big rooms with comfortable beds. The dinner was great at the pub.
NLEen mooie grote ruime kamer op een prima locatie. Vriendelijk personeel.
We hadden deze kamer geboekt mede omdat er een bad in zat. De stop was echter kapot, waardoor we er geen gebruik van konden maken. Het personeel heeft geprobeerd dit op te lossen, maar dit kon helaas niet worden gerealiseerd. Er werd contact opgenomen met de manager, maar deze kwam niet met een oplossing cq alternatief. Ok waren bepaalde faciliteiten niet aanwezig welke wel op de site vermeld staan (er waren geen stoelen aanwezig, geen water en geen chocola zoals afgebeeld en omschreven). Ook heeft de manager geen enkele reactie op mijn berichten gegeven. Het personeel krijgt van mij een 10, de manager een 1.
GBThe Red Lion is a beautiful property. It has a wonderful atmosphere, and has been well maintained whilst remaining in keeping with the age of the hotel. Our room was extremely clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Even through it was in the front of the hotel it was quiet and well equipped both slept well. The landlady and her partner were very friendly, and made sure that we had everything we needed. The bar was a good place to spend the later hours of the evening, and the locals made us feel very welcome. In conclusion. I highly recommend this hotel.

GBGBLovley location. Quiet, clean and comfortable room.
Unfortunately the TV did not work. We were using the hotel to rest after a busy few days so that was a shame, but everything else was fine.

Mould around window frames, mould in the bathroom, no signal on outdated old digital TV... Green light emitting from emergency light in tjr room,.... Food very expensive for small Welsh village.... Wouldn't recommend it..
