The room was really nice. Based on the pictures, we expected to have a tub on the balcony.

No balcony, so no tub on balcony and the view was not as expected. While we were able to see the ocean, there were also buildings in the view that were a bit of an eyesore. The location was not ideal, we had to drive 30 minutes to over an hour to areas of interest.

The cleanliness and the comfort.

Didn’t get a room that has the same view as what was advertised and the location is very remote. The need to submit a lot of documentation prior check in is a hassle, although they provide us the option to do it prior before check in but then given the arising scams, the hotel should not store so much information of their hotel occupants
