This property is located in a busy area in the city center, guests may experience some noise from outside. Most apartments are fitted with a sani-flow macerator pump in the shower rooms and kitchens, you will experience a noise when the toilet is flushed and water is running. This property accommodates guests on a long term basis and all guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise internally. This property will NOT accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The property charges this as a pre-authorization 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card. You will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be returned in full, subject to an inspection of the property. All apartments will have 2 keys in the corresponding lock box. If both keys are not returned on check out, the full £150 security deposit will be charged to cover the costs of a replacement lock and keys. Should the key(s) be returned following this charge, a £100 refund will be issued. The £50 will be kept as a cost of labor. Office hours are 09:00 – 17:00 hours Monday through to Sunday for urgent inquiries or assistance please call the property direct. Good location, and very spacious & clean. Also great that there is a working washing/dryer combo, fridge, and oven with plates, cups, and utensils included.

We got an apartment on the 4th floor and the elevator only went to the 3rd floor. Needed to lug my luggage one flight up. One small tube of shampoo and conditioner, and one TINY bar soap for hand wash and shower supplied for my entire 2 night stay with the 2 of us. One roll of toilet paper, and no lotion supplied. Barely enough. So, I'm deducting one point for elevator and one point for toiletries.

La ubicación y que sea tan espacioso.

Nuestro apartamento estaba en el 4to piso y el ascensor estaba roto, por lo que tuvimos que subir el equipaje por escaleras. Además había 2 escaleras más que eran inevitables, deberían poner una rampa. Como sugerencia, sería bueno que brinden té o café de cortesía como suelen hacer estos alojamientos. Además, la dirección es confusa porque aparece como 7 Union Court en Booking pero no es esa.
