our stay was pleasant, es mercandal is a place in the center of the island, very convenient for commuting in all directions, the beaches and the busy parts of the island! There is a parking area next to the accommodation and it serves those who have rented a car, no worries! The hospitality from the 3 people of the accommodation was very helpful, we had everything we wanted, with a nice fresh breakfast, coffees and even a beach umbrella! Tips for sightseeing and places to eat! Towels and sheets, clean, whenever we wanted!

The lower rating is due to an aggressive and rude behavior we had via messages, an accident regarding our vacation, (we wanted to cancel it a month before for personal reasons) and there was no flexibility in discounting or not charging our stay. On the contrary, there was aggression and lack of understanding, just like in the room that was on the ground floor, next to the street, when the proposal for an upgrade was made, again the response was unfortunately aggressive and rude! This is my worst.

Location very central to travel around the island .

Sharing left over toilet paper and left over toiletries No use of coffee machine only used at breakfast Early flight missed breakfast no coffee / tea or light breakfast a little fruit would have been nice . Expensive 247.50 eur a night @ 1737.50 for the 7 days we did expect a consideration for the breakfast travelling back to airport early . Breakfast was light the charge did not reflect the stay . Quiet basic .

The hotel is located at the outskirts of Es Mercadal right off Me-1 Menorca's main road for getting across the island. There are two parkings within 2-3 min walking distance form the hotel. The building itself is an old building recently renovated which looks really good. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, ready to help every time. The hotels offers towels for the beach and then there is a bathroom guests can use after their check out for a quick shower after visiting a beach and before the flight home. Breakfast was a nice add with products from local bakeries.

Tout a été parfait l’accueil est attentionné et très chaleureux, l’hôtel est décoré avec goût et des matériaux de qualité, la situation géographique est parfaite pour se rendre sur tous les sites de l’île, nous recommandons sans hésitation

El trato recibido ha sido maravilloso, muy cercano y amable por parte de los propietarios. El hotel está muy bien cuidado. Buen desayuno con producto local de calidad

Lovely small private hotel, modern and super clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and fresh (including homemade cake and good coffee). Pool is small but refreshing.

Although in a great spot for strolling into Es Mercadal it is close to the road so a bit noisy but the staff kindly moved us to a quieter room

Noisy: much too close to the main Ciutadella - Mao main road. Room was cramped, had no safe, no tea/coffee making facilities, only open and small shelves for storing clothes. Balcony was difficult to access (move furniture) and very small.

Rien à dire. Très bon accueil. Tjs des bons conseils. Au petit soin pour nous . Je le recommande vivement. Ayant l’habitude de voyager je n’ai pas tjs cet accueil partout . Merci Maria
