Jacobs Resort House Kranjska Gora

The apartment was just perfect for our friends trip! We had a great time. Even out of snow season it is very well prepared and located to visit some special gems of Slovenia as the Triglav national park, bohinj lake, bled….

Very nice spacious apartment with good furnishing, great location and view from the balcony.

Nothing really, if I need to pick something it's the wooden stairs that are loud when you step on then.

It was clean and airy with plenty of light.

It was only minor details, as overall it was a good accommodation - hence the high ratings I’ve selected. It could however be lifted up to a 10 if some attention is given to details - for example, light globes over the stairs (for going downstairs to the toilet during the night), the shower head fitting is broken so that the head doesn’t attach on, the advertised ‘slippers’ are old, smelly and with holes. If slippers are to be advertised as being supplied, they should at least be clean! The location was interesting - excellent if you have a car or cycle, but difficult if you are relying on public transport.

Retner was vary happy to help with any problem, surprised us with a Christmas gift and treated us with kindness.

Stairs are a bit noisy so it is not easy to walk to the bathroom during night hours when everybody is asleep.
