"It is a convenient hotel but some of the customer care related issues have to be better addressed."

The room was ok. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

The room was not attended to between days; the trash barrel was still full, the towels were not replaced, the microwave was not plugged in and I had no phone connection to call the front desk.

Everything else, the rooms, wer nasty, trash🗑 by elevators, full of trash,trash around the floors were not vacuum it was awful, not enough towels they had to search for clean towels...terrible

We had an issue with someone next store smoking and the staff relocated us to another room.

It is an average hotel. Nothing fancy. Bathroom is dated, but the rooms are ok.
