Le petit déjeuner - la piscine - l'endroit est super ( chemin d'accès pas évident)

L'emplacement de notre chambre face au restaurant bruyant. Des personnes fumaient en-dessous de nos fenêtres: idiotie d'installer un terrasse à cet endroit. Une simple porte nous séparait de la chambre voisine qui faisait fonctionner la TV à pleine puissance. A 23h j'ai du tambouriner pour qu'ils ferment la TV. Au lever, ils ne se sont pas gênés pour parler assez fort et nous réveiller.

dopo averci detto che non era stato segnato il nostro nominativo, per sbaglio, nell'elenco degli ingressi alla piscina della giornata, abbiamo concordato ad una nuova postazione per i lettini (non a bordo piscina, bensì nel prato sul retro). Il giorno successivo (giorno del check-out alle ore 11) è stato chiesto allo staff di poter usufruire della piscina fino alle ore 13 per poi pranzare in struttura e ripartire con calma. Ci è stato riferito che il tutto sarebbe stato possibile pagando una mezza giornata in piscina con il costo di €10 a testa (n.b. la piscina era vuota e sicuramente non avremmo portato via il posto a nessuno). Non è certo mancata la gentilezza delle ragazze dello staff, super carine; avremmo qualche dubbio in più sulla professionalità e il buonsenso della titolare.

Bel soggiorno tra le colline marchigiane, alcuni servizi sarebbero migliorabili ma premiabile la buona volontà nel cercare di accontentare sempre il cliente. Piscina e area comune molto belle anche se aperte a clienti esterni non sempre tranquilli
