MOAF Cusco Boutique Hotel

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful.

Doors to rooms were outdoor so at times it was very loud with noise from festivals in the square or from other rooms in the courtyard. Limited hot water during our stay.

It's a nice hotel in a very good location - very walkable to most places in Cusco. Staff were very friendly and accommodating of our early check in after travelling from Lima. The inner courtyard yard was nice too.

It might have been my fault but I was disappointed with two single beds. When I made this booking I assumed that the double room would have a large single bed. Our room was also rather dark being located on the ground floor. When I wandered through the hotel, I saw rooms on the upper floors were much nicer.

This hotel feels somewhat like a homestay in a good way. I especially enjoyed the personalised service including finding out what times we wanted breakfast for the next day and having tea/hot water facilities accessible at all times. Housekeeping deserves a mention for keeping the room and bathroom super clean.

My only gripe would be the lack of soundproofing, as we can pretty much hear other guests cough/shower/walk in the room. This can't be helped due to the structure of the building.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. First of all, location is incredible. The property is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. What stood out the most though was the incredible service. At checkin, we were served coca tea to help with the altitude. And when my wife woke up feeling incredibly sick at 3:00 AM, i texted the front desk and they coordinated with a doctor to come see her within 15 minutes right to the hotel room. The following day, they continued checking in to make sure she was okay. Incredibly impressed by their genuine care. 10/10 would absolutely return.

Localização perfeita, bem próxima da plaza de armas e numa rua plana. A entrada é por uma ruela ao lado do restaurante Tikasara (para quem tem dificuldade de encontrar a hospedagem, como várias pessoas escreveram aqui antes, não é difícil). O café é bom, mas não tem muita variação (para quem vai ficar vários dias, tudo se repetirá). O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo, sempre cordiais e simpáticos. As camas são maravilhosas e o banho também.

Achei o quarto duplo que fiquei na primeira passagem por Cusco (quarto 204) um pouco abafado (apesar do frio na cidade) - mas entendo que isso seja bem pessoal. O café poderia variar entre os dias - não é ruim, mas são sempre as mesmas opções. Nada que desabone e hospedagem.
