The property is a ground floor with a restaurant next to it. To complete the self check-in process, guests are required to present a photo ID prior to arrival. If you choose not to present your photo ID prior to arrival, you will not be able to use the self check-in. Instead, you will need to present your photo ID upon arrival during regular check-in hours at the "Crema e Cioccolato" Bar Please note that each guest must present a valid ID at check-in, and the Host is required to report the arrival of guests to the police and the municipality (with the ID details). You can enter independently with the codes we will send you on the day of arrival, but before entering the house, we kindly ask you to stop by the "Bar Crema & Cioccolato" (around the corner on Via Tomasicchio), where a friend of ours can verify your ID.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Topka v Polignane!!!"

Výborná lokalita, milá domáca ktorá nám vyšla v ústrety pri príchode aj predĺženom odchode. Izba čistá, voňavá, s balkónom! a klímou. Vybavením..kava..čaj..sladké..uteráky na pláž, hotelové papuče..atď Blízkosť potravín, kaviarni, pizzerie a malej pláže bez množstva turistov.

Bez negatív!!!!

"Bardzo blisko morza - polecam!"

Obiekt przed samym morzem, w ekstra lokalizacji. Przechodzimy przez deptak i już jesteśmy na plaży. Plaża z drobnymi kamyczkami, bardzo wygodna :) Restauracja z fantastycznym mięsem, pizzą i makaronem tuż obok, kawiarnia dwa kroki dalej! 15 min spacerem do stacji kolejowej z której można pojechać np do Polignano a Mare! Apartament prywatny, z dostępem bezkontaktowym (wszystkie drzwi chronione kodami) W apartamencie wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy : lodówka, mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy, suszarka do włosów, telewizor a nawet pralka :)

Brak widoku z okna (okno niewielkie, zaklejone folią mleczną) - natomiast nie był to duży minus ze względu na plażę 5 m od drzwi :)
