The property is a ground floor with a restaurant next to it. To complete the self check-in process, guests are required to present a photo ID prior to arrival. If you choose not to present your photo ID prior to arrival, you will not be able to use the self check-in. Instead, you will need to present your photo ID upon arrival during regular check-in hours at the "Crema e Cioccolato" Bar Please note that each guest must present a valid ID at check-in, and the Host is required to report the arrival of guests to the police and the municipality (with the ID details). You can enter independently with the codes we will send you on the day of arrival, but before entering the house, we kindly ask you to stop by the "Bar Crema & Cioccolato" (around the corner on Via Tomasicchio), where a friend of ours can verify your ID.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. It was clean and neat , well equipped and very comfy. The hosts are very kind, we even found coffee and some biscuits &croissants for free . Water too It is all clean and neat, location is good as it is close to bus stations and the area has few resturants around and very good connection to the center of bari, we will definitely go back there when we visit bari again. Highly recommend.

It was truly amazing! Everything was new and modern, bedroom and bathroom were very clean, you could see the sea just out of the window! In the neighbourhood there were many free beaches, shops with groceries, pastries, restaurants etc…

- free parking place - very good internet connection - easy to join Bari's center town - beach in front of the room

- not enough pillow and blanket - mini kitchen is nice but only a microwave is available

It was great parter- apartment with modern fresh design, great colours, great aroma and a step from the sea. It surprised me great that we found more than necessary soaps, coffee, biscuits , shampoo and tea :)

"Superb"

Giada answered our requests/questions really fast. The property was clean and well-situated. In walking distance is a bus stop, beach, coffee bar, and restaurants. Giada was so kind and ordered us to a taxi anytime when we needed it.

"The communication with the host was great- fast, clear and very helpful."

secure. more like Fort Knox! code to get into building. another code to enter common entryway, another 3rd code to enter apartment. made me wonder what kind of neighborhood I was in!

didn’t care for neighborhood. No decent restaurants in area. No nothing in the area. won’t be back.
