We did not even get to experience our stay as we never checked in upon arrival nobody opened up for us. Security said we must ring the bell, but nobody opened. I would like a refund ASAP Worst booking ever

Great ambiance, the staff were very friendly. It’s a lovely cozy place if you are in need of relaxation. Situated close to shops should you need buy anything.
