Amazing staff, very clean and attentive to guests needs and also very friendly. Loved the on tap coffee which was amazingly good.

There was not a microwave in the hotel rooms and the rooms were very small. You had to take your food down to the lobby for one communal microwave.

The staff was very loud during the early morning hours. I was awakened every morning by doors slamming and heavy items being dropped. Also my room was not clean on arrival.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. They staff is friendly and professional. All of our needs were met cheerfully. The hotel is very clean and quiet. This is definitely my go to when I visit family in Crossett.
