Good location. Good for what we wanted - ie a central base. V good value.

The heating wasn’t on so it was cold when we arrived - I would have expected the heating to be on timer. Instead, we had to figure out how to turn the rads on when we arrived. Not enough hot water - whilst there was a note to explain how to boost the hot water, it was behind the door. So, we didn’t realise that there wasn’t enough hot water until the shower went cold. There was only enough hot water for one person. It would be better if you move the sign to somewhere more visible - people don’t see it when it’s behind a door!! The online check in asked for some quite personal information (eg drivers license number for every guest). I didn’t feel comfortable providing this info so waited until we arrived in Bath to get a text with check in instructions. Check in was then very easy. No hairdryer - I only discovered this after I’d washed my hair so had to leave my wet hair to dry naturally.

Location was great, walking distance to main attractions and everything we needed was on the doorstep! Check in and out was super easy. We had a slight issue with hot water but it was dealt with super fast and with a smile! All the staff were really lovely and so helpful. I would definitely recommend.

We only had 2 lots of cutlery and we were 4 and we didn’t have enough towels for all but it was dealt with in minutes so although I mention it wasn’t a big issue

Lovely clean apartment, bright fun decor and furniture. TVs that actually worked! Lovely bathroom. Clean communal areas. Easy access arrangements. Good location.

No parking and no real helpful information on where to try..I'd read in some communication we were able to drop bags somewhere but couldn't find it again. I contacted the host before we arrived to ask but got no reply.

Excellent location but noisy on Saturday night when a young couple decided to have a matrimonial argument of a soap opera type immediately outside the house for over an hour. Loved little Christmas tree.
