Holiday Inn Express Boise - University Area by IHG

The staff was great. The service was great a little rundown the area around it is OK in a residential area and a little businesses walls are thin. The pool is small. That would be a great location if you had business to do in Boise.

Nice location-easy access to BSU & downtown- good breakfast

The bed was great and the pillows. Breakfast area is huge with lots of good choices. We enjoyed our stay.

Very quiet, comfort beds

The hotel has great and helpful staff with lots of fun amenities. Breakfast was lovely and the pool was a fun perk.

The pool area was fantastic. Our room on the other hand was not. The bath drain was so plugged up we each ended up showering with dirty water building up over our ankles. The front desk check out was not as pleasant as the check in. A simple good morning and how was your stay goes a long way.

This was our second time staying in this hotel and we’ve had great experiences both times. The hotel is comfortable and quiet, although you can hear some road noise depending on which way your room is facing. The location is great and close to everything we needed. The greenbelt trail is right across the street which is great if you want to go for a morning or evening walk. My only complaint is there isn’t a fan in the bathroom.

Easy walk to restaurants

Great hotel, comfy bed, best breakfast ever! Frittata, gluten free available, large seating area! But - Polyester sheets are too hot…….please go back to 100% cotton!
