After two days of delayed and then ultimately cancelled flights with little or no sleep while attempting to return home from Europe, I was in Boise with once again a cancelled flight. I was booked a room at this hotel through the airline company. Shortly after the booking Brad was at the airport to transfer me to the hotel. He pointed out recommended restaurants within a walking distance. He was extremely helpful and pleasant to visit with during the short ride to the hotel. Upon arrival to the hotel Tia and Daniel quickly got me registered and they were both extremely helpful in securing my return trip to the airport which would be leaving very early the next day. Thank you so much for a great stay during such a stressful situation.

Everyone was nice. The hotel was full of kids from a soccer teams ,swimming teams. The room is very clean and very quiet. Will stay here again
