Location was close to train station and handy for walking into Heidelberg. Good facilities in apartment. Close to supermarket.

The apartment block is not in the nicest of areas. The apartment block is quite run down, graffiti in the lifts, shopping trollies in corridor and the curtains are electric metal shutters that lock you in at night. The balcony was quite dirty and along with a few other things feel like they need upgrading.

good location, supermarket under building but close on Sunday, near bus stop and tram and DB station, host very kind and take good care for us.

no storage luggage, lift share from the car-park underground of the supermarket, so on Sunday supermarket close, car park close, cannot use the lift. This city is lack of storage luggage locker, no locker in DB station, you could use locker service at Information center, but in the work hour limit. If they get of work hour and have to close the center, you have to move-out before time. Recommend to stay on the accommodation that have the storage service, so you could leave the luggage before check-in and after check-out to sightseeing the many places, this city you could travel around all day all night, the lighting at night is so beautiful.

Secure parking and right in front of lots of public parking. Friendly welcome, comfortable appartement,dog welcome. Value for money is spot on.

Very comfortable and well appointed. Good location and easy to get around. Very good facilities and little extra touches were appreciated.

Clean, bright, spacious apartment, ideally located a few tram/bus stops to center of Heidelberg. Our host was very accommodating when our flight was cancelled.

Clean and comfortable space for 3 adults. The location was great, close to stores and restaurants and an easy walk to Old Town. It had nice amenities as well including black out window shades, kitchen, washer, and plenty of plugs.

Location and apartment were really good everything required was in the unit.

3 little items really needed to be attended to, the toaster was faulty but worked ,the clothes airer was faulty but we made do and finally the bathroom was very very restricting and shower setup was .leaking around the frame under the sink.

To location was great, and the apartment was spacious and well equiped with washing machine and full kitchen.

The apartment could do with a good clean, particularly the kitchen. We found most dishes were not well washed. Whilst bedding and towels were clean, the apartment needed a good vac and mop and clean throughout the kitchen. The apartment could be opened up to allow a good breeze through, but would have been better with air conditioning due to daily temperatures above 30 degrees celcius and overnight temperatures in the 20s.
