Me habría gustado si al llegar me hubiesen abierto la puerta y haber pasado la noche ahí.

Pues no me gustó que dando la opción de hacer el checking desde las 18:00 de la tarde hasta las 24:00 de la noche y cuando yo hice la reserva les puse como comentario o solicitud hacer el checking entre las 23:00 y las 24:00 que era cuando llegaba mi vuelo. El día anterior a mi llegada , me mandaron un e-mail diciéndome que me mandarían un código pin sobre las 18:00 de el mismo día de mi estancia, pin que nunca llegó, y también me decían que el checkin solo se podía hacer desde las 18:00 hasta las 23:00 a lo que yo le respondo que hice una solicitud de hacer el checking desde las 23:00 hasta las 24:00 y fue aprobado, me responden que sí que no habrá problema y podré hacer el checkin, y me dejan un número de teléfono para que llame cuando esté fuera, porque no tienen recepción física, a las 21:30 les mando un e-mail y les digo que mi vuelo acaba de aterrizar y que cojo el autobús a las 22:00 y que llegaré a las 23:30 email que no me responden, entonces a las 23:45 les llamo diciéndoles que estoy fuera no me cogen el teléfono. Sigo insistiendo llamando y siguen sin cogérmelo a lo que mando un e-mail a las 23:55 diciéndoles hola estoy fuera me podríais abrir no obtengo respuesta, por lo que ya a las 00:15 cansada de insistirles y que no me cojan el teléfono.

Apartmanı adayı bulmak çok zordu. Herşey eski kötü ve pis ti. Ev sahibine ulaşmak çok zordu. Çalışan saygısızdı. Oda sigara kokuyordu.Temizlenmemiş bir oda vermişlerdi bir iki saat yazışmadan sonra biri geldi güya temizlik yaptı. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum fiyatına göre berbat bir yerdi

I loved the proximity to the Oslo train and coach station. It was very easy to find the accommodation.

I was really disappointed that the room was not cleaned properly. There was a dirty sock under the bed and a used, dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. The room did not have a feeling of being freshly cleaned. Only one of three lamps in the room worked. The roller blind was filthy. The shelving unit was broken. The pillows were lumpy. The common areas of bathroom and kitchen were dirty .

On m'a laissé dormir dans la gare le personal c'est rien que des voleurs.je demande d être remboursé.

La façon dont le responsable gère il est raciste et mepouvant.
