The location was optimal. Easy to walk to anywhere in the central district. The hosts, Aida and Carlos, were both very pleasant and made sure our needs were met . Lovely people. The rooms are beautiful with very comfortable beds and a modern large bathroom with a great shower. The staff were very kind and obliging. The patio was a beautiful outdoor space. We definitely recommend this lodging.

The breakfasts were very good, but we wished there had been more variety. It was pretty much the same each morning with a variation of Mexican eggs, fresh fruit, bread and freshly squeezed orange juice which was delicious. Perhaps adding some pastry items on a few days?

Casa Lani was amazing. It's a beautiful colonian style house located just a couple of blocks from the center of the town, in a classic cloblestone street. It's really close to all the landmarks, restaurants, cafes, stores, and everything one would need. The house and rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equiped. The common areas are grat, and perfect for socializing and to enjoy the afternoons after a long day of walking. Aida and Carlos are outstanding innkeepers with an A-team staff. They worked really hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible, provided solid recommendations, and really made our stay memorable. The breakfasts were incredible. Everything cooked fresh, with high quality ingredients, and options for every lifestyle.

The rooms were great, but more light in the bathroom mirror would have been very helpful.

Everything was beautiful. And owners and staff were very thoughtful and kind. Also very helpful with suggestions and what to see, do and eat.

A perfect B&B, the owner/host, Carlos, was very pleasant and helpful, the breakfasts delicious, and the property immaculate. As an alternative to the excellent small hotels in San Miguel you trade some amenities for the personal touch - well worth the trade-off. Easy walking to the Jardin and all of centro.

The hosts Carlos and Aida were lovely. The home is beautifully refurbished, but the doors and windows are thin and you hear other guests who are out in the courtyard very loudly. I was annoyed that even though there were many courtyard breakfast tables, the hosts chose to put a very loud couple right in front of my room and they were loud there for over an hour eating breakfast. Mainly, it is very expensive for what you get and I also was locked out by another guest. They have to change this system. One's safety cannot be at the whim of a careless guest. I was there alone and got locked out at 10:00 pm. This is not fun. It look several attempts to get Carlos' attention.

Cleanliness, decor, brightness and spaciousness of room, staff friendliness, breakfast, and wonderful hosts who are always available to help. Location to center is perfect with its many sites, shops and restaurants. How lucky we felt to discover this lovely, private oasis. Thank you for welcoming us into your beautiful home!

Great location! Walking distance from the center of San Miguel de Allende. The staff are amazing and owner is one of a kind. They are very attentive. The breakfast is delicious. The place is absolutely beautiful.
