Residence Inn by Marriott Tulsa Midtown

Room 102. When I woke up the room was flooded. My bags, shoes, and dog were all soaking wet and believe it or not when I woke up to discover the water soaked carpet and personal items I went to the bathroom and sat on the toilet only to have water pouring down my back. There was water dripping from the ceiling exhaust fan. It was a terrible experience. The staff was very friendly when I arrived, BUT when I left at 4am with my soaked clothes, dog, and shoes I did ask the desk staff if I could get a discount. I was dismissed and told they couldn’t help due to booking through a third party. The pictures do not do it justice.

I've always liked residence inn however, when making reservations, I chose pet friendly and it didn't show how much it'd be for my small baby Yorkie. It just said fees may apply. So I booked it, then I get a receipt saying that the fee for pets is more than the cost of the humans staying. I immediately called your reservation line and told them I needed to cancel bc I didn't want to pay $150 for pet fee and since it wasn't listed upon booking, I want my money back and cancel the reservation. Instead, I got hung up on and told to call booking. Com. However there's no phone number to call for them. Imo this is just as much residence inn's fault as it is booking.com. the front desk clerk was amazing at check in. this is our second time booking at this hotel through expedia. its very clean and the room layout is great

I was very impressed with the size and layout of the room. I stay in A LOT of hotels, and this by far was the biggest for the money. HOWEVER, that being said, the bathroom floor was quite slick ( without water) and I fell backwards and hit my head on the floor. I filed a report with the staff at the front desk and have not heard one word from the manager about this, which means she ignored it. Very disappointing.

Facilities were in great condition, had a very relaxing stay.
