La ubicación y el servicio de estacionamiento.

Extremadamente sucio. No hay atención ni cuidado en las instalaciones. El hotel existe, pero no genera buenas experiencias de usuario. No volvería

Hice reservacion con tiempo y no tenían mi habitación, me hicieron esperar para darme una, la que me dieron nada que ver con lo reservado, baño sucio, la chica de recepción super grosera, se escuchan mucho los gritos de la gente que va, pesimo

Llamé al hotel a eso de las 17 hrs para avisar que llegaría más tarde, entre las 23-24hrs. y la señorita me dijo que no había problema; cuando llegue el chico que estaba en turno en un tono muy pesado no me quería respetar la reservación porque a él no le habían avisado. El como se coordinan o no se comunican no es tema de uno como huésped
