Everything tou could need was thought of and more. Breakfast was provided in the fridge freezer and was a superb selection. Decor and furnishings were beautiful and it was a very comfy bed. Lovely friendly host and a very quiet property close to Holt.

The Pippin Heath House was superb in every respect. I very strongly recommend it. The location is excellent, the facilities are excellent and the food was plentiful and very good quality. Sally is a superb hostess - welcoming and friendly.

Nice touches like breakfast, birds outside eating table, lots of items to use like cotton buds and glasses and bathrobes. Nice host, paying when convenient. Clean and pleasant rural location.

You need to be prepared that you can hear everything through the walls downstairs and that you are heard in return. Poor Wi-Fi at times.
