Fantastic location, extremely clean, the cooked breakfast very tasty with good quality produce. Very relaxing like being home from home. Peaceful and quiet location, could hear the birds singing . Host Sally pays a lot of attention to detail in every aspect possible.

A great place to stay,like home from home & only 5 minutes from Holt & everything you need for a short or longer stay is here. It's set back off the main road so is very quiet at nights,we had a lovely breakfast & Sally was very helpful I would stay here again as my first choice if I come to the area again.

Lovely place to stay. Spacious accommodation. Lovely breakfast. Great owner. Excellent location.

Everything with the accomodation was excellent, difficult to find fault with anything. We stayed over the Christmas period so the usual traditional cooked breakfast wasn't available, however all other breakfast provisions were well stocked for our stay [Thanks Sally]. It was a great location for us; Holt was only a short distance away [Christmas dinner at The Feathers Public House] and coastal footpaths were a short drive away, so we could walk off lunch.

Everything was spotless clean, Nice and warm, very comfy bed. Nice welcome and a Fabulous Breakfast. Nice and local to Holt and for exploring North Norfolk Coast.

Couldn't fault anything ,really enjoyed our stay.
