"Good"

I didn’t like having to walk up a flight of outside steps in the rain, dragging our luggage. Staff was helpful. Tiny quarters, but did as a last resort room. Didn’t like it.

when we arrived there were any (7) flies in the room. The staff gave us a fly swatter which took care of the file.

"Clean and serve ice cream"

We are bicycling across the country and mostly camping yet it was in 90s so selected the MX. Clean room check, AC worked check and they serve ice cream and sell beer double check! You get free cappuccinos from the machine in the morning. Walking distance to restaurants.
