L habitació amb llar de foc i banyera. La barbacoa al jardí

Que el lavabo i wc estes fora de l habitació. Tot i que ens van dir era d us privat,quedava al costat de la cuina i zones comuns i la gent feia ús. Creec podrien fer que quedés d'uns l habitació,per què hi ha possibilitat sense fer gaire obra ni inversió.
