The breakfast was exceptional! Way more options than expected and everything was of great quality!

Yes, the hotel is on the old side but, the room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and breakfast was good with lots of options. The pool and hot tub was wonderful.

Wonderful place to stay. The check in was easy. Bob at the front desk was always a pleasure to speak to. Beautiful property. Very relaxing with waterfalls and fountains. Clean rooms. All staff very friendly. Breakfast served extended hours. Good variety. The lobby is so inviting and nice to sit with friends. Beer and wine available for purchase. Definitely the place we will stay when returning!

The pool and jacuzzi were a plus!! The lobby is beautiful. Staff was friendly.

The carpet in our room was very old and stained. The rooms could use a little updating.

Great location

Slow front desk... No sense of urgency. Many upset guests the day we stayed. The most expensive room they have was filthy. There was food under the furniture, not vacuumed well at all.The spa tub had debris and funk in it, I decided not to partake. Even the Velveteen pillows on the bed looked like someone had gotten sick on it. The garbage was full and stuffed under the kitchenette sink. There was water in the hand soap dispenser, not soap. The complimentary fruit was old and withering. There was no coffee at the coffee station in the room and there were only 2 decaf pods way back in a drawer. No sugar, sweetener or creamer that is usually there. If you want me to keep paying the higher price for this room, get the standards back to what they were a year ago and before that. Things have been left to the wayside for too long....DO BETTER

The hotel is very pretty and unique. We felt like we were in Europe! The decor is lovely with huge plants, really nice tables and chairs, carpet and other decor that made it feel homey but also luxurious.

The sound system is awful and desperately needs updating! Additionally, the staff were frequently overhead complaining about some aspect of their job. We totally get it but just think they should be aware that their guests can hear them.

We love the cozy cute common areas , the rooms are clean and comfortable, we love the pool and spa ! We also love The fountain and garden area ! It’s our new fav place to stay in Prescott .

We found the hotel to be very classy and and cozy. All of the staff members we interacted with were kind and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. We also love the stairs!
