Easy to check in and check out. Breakfast was good and opened on time. The room was clean and well stocked

Breakfast buffet, staff, excellent lobby for hanging out.

The beautiful lobby area, the water/tea bar with cookies in the evening, the large and updated bathroom. The outside garden areas and patio were very nice.

The carpet and furnishings in the room are very tired and need replacement. The road side room we had was very noisy, luckily traffic died down around 10pm so we could sleep. There was no microwave in the room. Breakfast was very disappointing, hardly worth the effort. No hot eggs, no fruit.

When we checked in here we had a 30 min wait for a room after the 3pm check in time. When we got into the room it was dirty, and we had requested a new room. When we checked out we took a long video of the room how we left it since we were traveling with a dog in case they tried to say there were any issues with it. A few hours after check out they charged my card $218 when we called to ask why since we left it in great condition and very clean they said that smoking occurred in the room during our stay. Neither me nor my partner smoked at all during the stay. I would be very careful when choosing to stay here.

Mattress was too soft

The bed was not comfortable at all. I was told we had a room with a couch in a king suite. No couch was available as promised. The room was the furthest away from the elevator and the noise from outside kept us up both nights. The food was mediocre at best. No Yougart was available...which was always there on past visits. We have stayed there numerous times and this is the worst of them all. Normally we are very pleased. Sadly, not this time!

It has a wonderful, unique feel with amazing views amazing hospitality, and great amenities!

The hotel lobby is very nice. The finishings in our room were a little old fashion, but we really enjoyed sitting by the fire in the front room. There were fires lit inside and outside in the evenings, always refreshments available and a very nice homey feeling. The complimentary breakfast was great and included lots of hot and cold options.

The noise from street traffic kept me up, the undercounter refrigerator hummed all night and the mattress sunk in the center.

I originally had booked at another "hotel" the "Prescottonian: it was not a hotel it was more like the bates motel. When we first got to the desk we were already shocked of the surroundings . We stated to ask the person at the desk some questions and the answers we frightening, ie: well some if the rooms had water damage issues and it may smell moldy! But we can change your room with that we spun on our heels, got in the car and started looking for another place to stay. Nobody had any rooms for the first night until we came upon the FOREST VILLAS HOTEL. no third party to book , went directly to the front desk and Thank God they had availability for all the nights we needed. When we arrived gentleman at the desk named Bob was so accommodating and friendly and very nice. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are clean and well kept. I truly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend 💯 %. Also it is close to restaurants and stores and near to sites.
