Dream Stays Bath - Trim Street Townhouse with Hot tub

Very convenient for all tourist attractions. Comfy beds. Great hot tub.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of Bath. The manageress was super helpful and couldn't do enough for us. She brought round extra coffee pods as soon as we said there were not very many, and a bath unblocker five minutes after we mentioned it was draining slowly. The hot tub was brilliant - super clean and a lovely experience under the fairy lights. The kitchen was really well equipped and it was all very comfortable. It was really nice that it had some Christmas decorations up.

The wifi was OK but not fast enough to work from there if you needed to, and some of the light fittings etc were quite dusty although all the main cleaning was good. It's on three floors and you have to climb two flights to get to the lounge and kitchen area then another two for the bathroom and first set of bedrooms. That could perhaps be made a little bit clearer in the details as one of our group finds stairs very difficult. But we hadn't looked for disabled access places so it was fair enough for a very central three storey location.

Location is great so close to everything! Apartment is nicely decorated and has everything you need. Hot tub is a grest addition!!

Our only complaint is that it was too hot, we turned the heating down but the bedroom did not cool down.

It is an excellent property and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The location

The property needs a bit of tlc as it’s quite tired . Unfortunately it hadn’t been fully finished brining cleaned as when we arrived at 3pm the dishwasher was still full from the previous guests and we had no towels, bath mats or tea towels .

Excellent location. Very clean with good facilities and comfortable beds.

Small issue with shower in the smaller bathroom. All it needs is a minor repair.

The locality is very central, superb townhouse very spacious and clean. But there are lots of steps which are quite steep. Otherwise, it's a great place

Great location

There weren’t enough towels. No tea towels. The bathroom on the first floor was really grubby - toilet and floor were particularly bad. The apartment generally could have been cleaner. We arrived at 3.45 and they were still making the beds for a 3pm check in.
