Location was perfect.

The rules were a bit aggressive (dont use the beds, put away the dishes etc). Bathroom was teeny tiny - no room to put your toiletries.

Neat and tidy self contained cabin.

Todo!, la casita muy completa, colchón muy cómodo, con aparcamiento justo delante de la casa, Netflix y lugar muy tranquilo!. El dueño tiene lavadora + secadora gratis y es de agradecer!. Muy recomendable para Europeos que decidan visitar esa parte PRECIOSA de Tasmania!.

Room had a fridge and microwave. Free washing machine and dryer. Separate bedroom upstairs. Few minutes walk into town. Room was clean.

No bench space. Both the TV's were positioned in odd places so ended up with crook neck. There was plenty of wall space to put place them directly in front of lounge or bed! Walls are very thin. You can hear people talking from room next door. Not ideal if you are a light sleeper (didnt bother me too much as I always carry good quality ear plugs). We were in room 21 and the designated smoking area was right next to our room! Had to put up with the stench of cigarette smoke when we walked out our room! Should be no smoking anywhere near the rooms.
