Very clean. Helpful staff. Great location for beach and restaurants.

Difficult to get a parking space.

La stanza molto bella, con balcone vista mare e la vasca idromassaggio. Stanza piccola ma curata con condizionatore, bollitore, macchinetta per il caffè, frigorifero, TV, asciugamani e accappatoio di cortesia. Tutto pulito e tenuto con cura. Il bagno è piccolo ma ha tutto quello che serve ed è pulito ( bisognerebbe forse mettere un vetro o una tenda alla doccia perché se non si sta attenti si allaga facilmente). Posizione dell'hotel, cortesia della signora in reception, pulizia e tutto ineccepibili. Sicuramente una buona soluzione , anche perché è a dieci minuti a piedi dal lungo mare con i suoi negozi, ristoranti, la partenza delle barche per i tour ma non è nel caos, quindi molto tranquillo.

La colazione. Non c'è servizio bar ma solo macchinette che erogano caffè e thè e succhi pronti. Poca varietà tra dolce e salato, e non di gran qualità. Il tostapane non funzionava molto. Speravamo un pochino meglio, ma lo scriviamo solo come critica costruttiva.

Ayant des restrictions alimentaires, j'ai adoré voir qu'ils avaient fait des courses adaptées spécialement pour mon petit-déjeuner. Le personnel était d'une très grande gentillesse et très à l'écoute de nos retours. Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi avec une très belle vue mer. L'hôtel était très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds.

La qualité du café de la machine à café au petit-déjeuner n'était pas super mais ce n'est pas propre à l'établissement, nous avons remarqué que c'était ainsi à peu près partout en Crète. L'absence de parking gratuit dédié à l'hôtel peut être ennuyeux, néanmoins il y a un parking gratuit plus loin dans la rue ainsi que le parking municipal à 5 minutes à pieds qui coûte 4€ la journée.

We liked how central it was and the rooms and spaces were decent sized

The shower kept flooding the bathroom but the service of the staff was amazing
