En general muy bien es un hotel comodo y conveniente, economico gracias a la aplicacion porque si intentas reservar fisicamente el precio es casi el doble

Estancia muy agradable los precios gracias a la revservacion en la aplicación fue mas barata que si llegaras directo y en general tido muy bien salvo la atencion de recepcion en la salida, habia una persona no muy agradable en el trato oero nada que amargue su experiencia

Que el agua de la alberca estaba muyyyyy Fría, son una persona de 60 años y se me entumieron las piernas después de 15 minutos que estuve en la alberca

Hotel bonito, instalaciones nuevas , buena limpieza, a 5 minutos a pie del malecón, tiendas y dónde cenar cerca, habitación con agua caliente,sin servicio de cable, las puertas rechinan mucho; la recepción tiene mucho que mejorar ya que al llegar se notó la antipatía de la srita. que nos atendió, no tenía registro de la reservación, esperamos un tiempo considerable y mientras tanto nos cuestionaba sobre cómo la realizamos, horarios y demás por último pudo localizar la reservación y al realizar el pago no tuvo cambio 😕, por lo que tuvimos que salir a cambiar durante todo este proceso la señorita estuvo muy sería

Hacen falta cortinas oscuras en la habitación ya que toda la noche por una ventana se metió la luz de unas lámparas del mismo hotel y no me permitió un descanso correcto

"Muy mala experiencia"

Mala experiencia, pagie dos noches y solo aguante una. 1: vecinos con musica super fuerte todo el dia. 2: se escucha todo desxe el primer cuarto del pasillo hasta el ultimo 3: camas super duras 4: el clima extremo, o muy frio si se prende el clima o extremadamente sofocado si se apaga. Y la cereza del pastel: dos gallos cante y cante a un lado del hotel. Fatal.
