The location was very good

The apartment was with auto check in, but because the payment was by cash the owner asked us to go at another place( a grill store) to pay and then to take the code to make the check in, so is definitely a non auto check in method. The room at first sight was clear enough, but when we came back late at night (02:00) to sleep we had a terrible experience, the room was full of insects, cockroaches everywhere, was sure more than 10 and we don’t know how many more we hidden. We tried to contact the owner via WhatsApp, because they didn’t speak English both of them, but we took no reply. It was impossible to sleep in that room and also was extremely hard to find another place that late at night, everything were closed or fulled the only option was to sleep in the car. Finally we found another place, lucky us, 11 km far away and a very kind reception guy waited us for 20 minutes to drive there in 02:30. The dimora Miccolis came back the other day only questioning if the insects was there from the beginning and how did they get inside the room, their replies was only in Italian. And after some messages they stop replied even after the photos that proves what we faced in their room. We asked for a full refund of 84€ for that one night and they never replied to us, we only informed from booking that they didn’t agree to refund us the paid amount. We are so disappointed from this behavior left late at night in a foreign country in a room full of insects, trying to find a solution. We paid 2 different apartments in total 190€, and we only asked to refund the minimum amount for the night in dimora micolis.

wonderful stay in a wonderful house!

The location is the best of the best. top attractions are just I from of you. The room was very clean and cozy even though it was on a basement floor. Very kind and polite staff.

Location was the best. Within 50 meters, you see the Alberobello UNESCO heritage areas. Also there are Delis within 50 meters where you can enjoy Panini. So many choices of Bars and restaurants are within walking distance

We needed to pin point arrival time so we can meet the person with the key.
