"Cosy place"

Reload myself after exhausting trip, sauna and pool make miracles. Personal gave us extra time, because of late coming, politely pleasant stuff , nice place, good choice .

Could be a little cheaper for family staying

Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich und Pool. Sehr gute Schlafqualität und sehr gutes Frühstück. Allein der fehlende Lift hat mich etwas irritiert, da er angegeben war.

All Service were excelents. Breakfast European. Location next to main road. Possibility take relaxing time after hard day discussion in the pool.

Check-in time: till 9:00PM is little bit early. I prefer (10:00 PM). My work place was little bit so far (43Km), but I am very satisfied with all in the hotel, but it is not hotel fault.

"Very nice hotel with very kind and helpful staff"

The rooms at the hotel were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was great, the swimming pool and saunas were very enjoyable and the surrounding area was beautiful. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We definitely are coming back again and we can fully recommend this hotel to others looking to spend some time in beautiful Sauerland.
