The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was stiff like a rock and you could feel the springs into your back. Upon leaving, we found multiple dead cockroaches on the windowsill. The breakfast buffet wasn’t as good quality as other Residence Inn locations.

Location for easy access to my workpace

There was a renovation going on in same tower as they put me. The elevator was like a maintainence elevator. You could smell paint, primer and oil all the time. The sink was clogged and I had to wait for almost 2 hours after number of reminders for someone to come and fix it which delayed me for my flight.

Location and size of thr room

Door was ridiculously hard to open. The toilet was very low to the floor. No blow dryer and no trash can in the bathroom. The tv reception was not good.

Breakfast was excellent. The eggs were wonderful compared to the powdered fluff most hotels are serving.

Better bread choices. Had nothing but bagels which are very high carbs for diabetics.

The breakfast was good. The mattresses on beds were comfortable. The suite had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was plenty of free parking. The staff, especially at breakfast, were very nice.

The mattress on the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable.
