We had a wonderful experience. We visited last year and will return again next year. Every staff interaction was excellent and they are eager to cater to your needs. The grounds, facilities, food and drinks are all outstanding but for us the level of the staff and service make the difference. Staff members who really stood out for us were Juan, a Door Captain and Gary, a server on the beach. They really impacted our stay in a positive way.

"Relax and golf"

Stayed in an executive club room So enjoyed the use of the club during our stay. Very large suite of rooms but a little dated. Loved the golf and the area . Had a lovely time mainly due to the lounge staff who went out of their way to make our visit memorable and enjoyable .

"Disappointing Christmas Eve"

Christmas Eve was a total disappointment….background music was so loud, service was mediocre and it’s just not what it was before COVID. Atmosphere was cold, certainly not welcoming ….is this new management? Poor choice as we have been coming here for years and what a negative experience!

"Exquisite in every possible way!"

The Ritz Naples beach hotel is simply phenomenal. We have been coming for Christmas since 2008. The renovations done have made it a true 5 star hotel. We attended the Christmas Buffet at Nolita. (I also was at Nolita for my birthday earlier in the year). As someone originally from the NYC area, I know good Italian food & the ingredients and taste of the food at Nolita was fantastic. We then had a drinks & dessert in the new lobby bar which was great. I can’t stress to you enough how every part of this hotel strives to make an experience memorable. Thank you to the Ritz team for going above and beyond in every aspect.

"Super, fresh hotel with awesome club lounge"

First, the hotel refresh has really liven up the place. Second, the staff is top notch at every turn. Finally, the new club lounge is beyond good. Super Club stuff supporting an awesome array of food throughout the day. It’s first class and worth the extra dollars. Would return in a heartbeat.

"Aylin at the Sand Bar"

Our experience was outstanding overall. Great resort with friendly staff and wonderful cuisine. We need to call out Aylin from the Sand Bar for her outgoing, positive fun and service minded personality. Ask for Aylin when you go to the Sand Bar! Highly recommended!

"Over-rated!"

Had dinner tonight in The Grill. The website describes the service at this location as “impeccable”. That description is laughable. The service was horrible. After the salad was serviced, it was a full hour before the main course was finally delivered to the table. There was no explanation for the delay. Some of the sides were cold and had to be sent back. Very disappointing as the prices should require a first class experience. This was our second visit to The Grill…the first visit was underwhelming, as well. We live in Naples and understand what first class service is about. So disappointing.
