El ascensor no funcionó durante los cuatro días de la estancia. Faltaban perchas en pared aseo para colgar toallas. Sofá muy incomodo. El wifi no funciona durante las mañanas y fallaba en las noches.

Damaged furniture: Replace it—the coffee table in front of the TV is ruined and held together with duct tape, even though a new one costs 20 euros at IKEA; the rotten panels are so thin you can see right through them; it doesn’t even need to be there next to the fridge (free repair); repaint the dirty walls (repair for 200 euros?); wet-clean the disgusting sofa (50 euros?)

Clean linens, convenient check-in, polite and caring hosts. Great location, just a block from the metro.

Nothing really critical, but still. We're used to walking barefoot at home, so our socks were black and legs cold. I recommend bringing your own slippers because there is no any rugs on the stone floor. The dishwasher didn't work, and we had issues with the balcony door in the bathroom. The elevator didn't work as well, but the company was trying to fix it during our stay, at least, but failed. :)

Las camas muy cómodas

Era un tercero y el ascensor no funcionó ningún día, en el baño el techo enmohecido de la humedad, en la cocina un mueble encharcado de agua. Por lo demás bien, pero lo veo caro para lo que realmente es.

Espaço cómodo e agradável, excelente localização. Estava tudo impecável
