"Exceptional stay at Kaaro Hotel Puno"

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff at the reception were very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They were also able to provide a portable heater quickly when I requested one, which I really appreciated. I especially appreciated that the hotel has a lift, which made everything much more convenient. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Localisation centrale très proche de la rue piétonne très animée. Chambre bien équipée avec rangement et couverture supplémentaire. Chambre calme si vous demandez à ne pas être sur la rue. Bon petit déjeuner avec fruits

Eau froide aux heures de pointe.

Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre historique de Puno. Personnel très sympathique. Douche bien chaude et tres bon petit déjeuner

Pas de Chauffage dans les chambres, il fait froid .

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Hauptplatzes. Organisieren bzw. vermitteln Touren. Frühstück inbegriffen und okay. Bett war gemütlich.

Zimmer sehr kalt, ohne Heizung.
