Bardzo miły personel. Mimo sporej odległości od centrum miasta Santa Eularia, przystanek przy samym hotelu ułatwiał przemieszczanie się poza hotelem, także w kierunku imprezowej części wyspy. Duże przestronne pokoje. Poza all inclusive, liczne punkty z napojami, dla gości hotelowych z dostępem 24h.

W drugiej części pobytu znaczne zwiększenie liczby gości (prawdopodobnie komplet w hotelu), co zmniejszyło nieco komfort pobytu. Jednak mimo wielu turystów, nigdy nie brakowało wolnych leżaków, nawet kiedy na basen zawitaliśmy w drugiej części dnia.
