Food was really good for the value and the entertainment team and staff were very friendly.

The rest of the property has aged a great deal. The rooms are super basic and the beach is really disappointing.

Das Essen war enttäuschend, leider sehr geschmacklos wenig Auswahl und meistens kalt. Leider ist auch weit und breit nichts, so das man nicht eben mal in die nächste Stadt laufen kann.

Had such an amazing time with my family here. Kids loved it, staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely plan another holiday here. Every hotel has mixed opinions but I haven’t got one bad thing to say. Thank you

De locatie is geweldig, tuin prachtig en het eten was goed! Een avond aan het strand gegeten in La Bodega, ook een aanrader. Heerlijk eten en niet gillend druk.

Als je voor je rust komt moet je hier niet zijn. Het leek wel alsof we in een of ander uitgaansgebied terecht gekomen waren s avonds. Wij hadden een kamer dichtbij waar alles gebeurde en dat was zeer onprettig. Na een aantal dagen opnieuw vragen uiteindelijk een andere kamer gekregen. Zelf zal ik niet teruggaan naar dit hotel. Ik bepaal graag zelf hoe rustig en hoe laat ik slaap, zonder dat dit wordt bepaald door een of andere dj en/of hotel.

Visited first week in May, and the weather was not what we expected! First 3 days were warm but overcast with light showers followed by 3 sunny days, and our last day was heavy rain. We had brought clothes expecting hot sunny weather, so it was our miscalculation! The resort is now showing its age. Our room was clean, but was damp including bedding and towels. We tried to get some heat from the air con, but all it did was circulate the damp air. Room was not serviced for 3 days and we had to ask reception for dry towels. The bathroom was probably the smallest we have ever had as it would only accommodate one person at a time, and the shower door clashed with the bathroom door! The pool areas were very clean with plenty of sun beds and towels. The food was well below expectations. Our first lunch at the pool restaurant was very poor as all items which should have been hot were all cold as they were transported from the main restaurant. Later in the week 2 chiefs were cooking on site which improved things. In the main restaurant, plates were slightly warm so by the time food had been selected and a table found, the food was cold. The only thing I can recommend is the coffee shop and the crepes and cakes there. The tapas at the Bodago restaurant was very good, and recommended. Our 3 year old granddaughter enjoyed the holiday, so that was important to us!!!

Het zwembad was mooi en schoon. Er waren vele faciliteiten, dat was mooi. Ook oogt het hotel mooi.

We hadden all inclusive maar hebben maar 1 avond gegeten in het restaurant en dat viel heel erg tegen. Ook was de badkamer niet schoon en het water onder de douche koud. Met het uitchecken heeft niemand van de receptie ons gevraagd hoe de vakantie was. Gemiste kans wat mij betreft.
