"Great ground floor apartment with easy check in and out."

The property was well laid out with nice furniture and well equipped kitchen. The communication was brilliant and at hand if you needed anything.

One of the beds definitely needed a new mattress.

Close to Ayr town, off street parking, security entrance, flat size, room size. Quiet, clean, kitchen with dishwasher, and washing machine in utility room.

"Total waste of money, most uncomfortable stay ever!"

Off street parking. The fridge worked and the shower was hot,

Everything! This apartment needs a complete makeover. The mattresses are extremely worn with fraying material, sags and broken springs. The living room chair is missing a bolt,as well as the dining chairs. The dining chairs I was able to hand tighten the bolts though.

Location and parking was a bonus.

There wasn't enough cutlery for the number of guests and the bathroom has either been badly painted or not painted enough. The bath is very dated and the windows in the bedrooms couldn't be opened.

horrible stay, couldnt even stay the full 2 days that were booked. windows didnt open extremely dirty - bathrooms and bedrooms. absolutely horrible experience
