Hospedaje Tlaquepaque

Host was communicative and gracious, but the unit was on the 4th floor accessible only by stairs, with one a/c split unit in one room only. It was HOT in that place the whole time. People were partying outside until 2:00 am and then a rooster started up loudly at 3:30.

Hot water for shower is not working properly. Most dishes in the kitchen were dirty and we had to clean them before using any of them. The kitchen tap is not connected to the hot water supply and the detergent is heavily diluted with water, which are probably the reasons why the dishes are not clean.

That it was four floor with no elevator, it would be nice if they put seats at every floor to rest, when you reach every floor, especially for older people

You should include better instruction on how to use the door code, not intuitive, I had to call and ask for help. Instructions should also be included on how to open the safe so you reset and use for yourself.

I was not able to check in when I arrived as a repairman was fixing a ceiling light. Afterward I had to clean up the kitchen as their was a big mess left by the repairs.

Excellent location with shops and restaurants within 5-7 minute walk.

I wish it had an elevator because we were staying on the fourth floor and had to walk the flight of stairs. Neighbor’s dogs were barking and the rooster crowing early in the morning but that’s part of living with pets.
