The breakfast was supposed to be complimentary for all the people in the party , they charged $30 for 2 people since the breakfast is only complimentary for 2. Never experienced anything like this before. The chais in the lobby were stained and nasty looking. Breakfast was ok but definitely not worth $15 a person. Staff was not curious at all about explaining why we had to pay adiționale for 2 people they blamed the fact that we booked true a third party booking and they do not disclaim everything. Just all around not a pleasant experience whit this property.

Great hotel and wonderful staff. Good hotel bar & lounge. Great location and good restaurants nearby.

This hotel was comfortable, clean and convenient. What made it special was the kind, courteous service at the front desk. While every employee we spoke to was helpful and friendly, the front office manager, Marion Brayboy, was particularly wonderful, a true professional epitomizing the concept of hospitality and going that extra mile to ensure that our stay went smoothly. Thank you to the Greenville Marriott, and to Mr. Brayboy.

Very loud group seeed to be having a pajama party in the main ballroom & every hallway in the hotel

I was here during the power outage due to Hurricane Helene. The staff were amazing, professional and truly made a bad situation more bearable. 6 nights total and every time I had an interaction with staff they were so nice, even though many of them still didn’t have power at home.

We could only check in after 7pm (staff problem after Hurricane Helene) and they didn't give me the room I had booked (2 large beds). They gave me a small room with 1 double bed and offered to put a single bed in it, but we didn't accept because there was almost no space in the room for it.

Friendly staff , delicious dining options .
