"In need of major updates!"

This hotel is in a great location right off the highway and near several company headquarters. Michelin being one of them. The outdoor space is fantastic, especially the pool and the areas surrounding it. The staff and service was outstanding. However, the hotel is in need of some major upgrades. It seems like I went back in time to the 90s. The elevators were outdated and slow. The gym was the smallest gym I have ever seen for a full-service Marriott. The rooms are old with beat up furniture and tiny dark bathrooms. The air-conditioning was barely working, and airflow was non-existent.

My bag was stolen in the fitness center and while there are cameras in the hotel management would not help me or tell me who stole the bag from the camera footage

"Three Strikes"

The breakfast was phenomenal. Candace was an excellent server to all of the guests.

The room was dated... torn sheer on the window, no microwave, no USB ports, one old lamp for two nightstands, and we have Android phones, so we couldn't use the ihome clock.
