The breakfast was really good. You can choose from many pastry options.

Well located for several ski areas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Meal choices were good and delicious. We particularly liked the effort put into the New Year‘s Eve celebration.

The „spa“ area was nice and clean, however the whirlpool was not very warm, nor was the steam bath. The sauna was great.

- WIFI not working in the room, for us was a big issue because we need to work 1 day remote and it didn’t work. - breakfast could be improved because is to poor and was the same every day - sometimes the bread was not fresh i could smash a head with it - coffee needs also improvement

No Wi-Fi No sauna available. After contacting Booking.com, the sauna became available upon a fee. One towel was still dirty in the bathroom. Impossible to have a decent shower because the cabin is too narrow and the sliding doors were broken. The breakfast and dinner were really poor. Barbie-rations but sufficient quality. The owner tells fairytales all the time, even if you ask him which kind of syrup is the cake, he starts telling a mix of limoncello and than than than… he doesn’t know how to go further. Limoncello is basically yellow from lemons, not red like wine… I didn’t find nice.

The cleaning was excellent. And the staff was very nice and friendly.

I don’t have things that I don’t like.

The hosts were exceptional! They were so welcoming to us. They had planned a special barbecue meat dinner as we and a few other guests were staying and had opted for half board. We had such a fun evening with lots of good food and conversation!

Very good location for skiing with cca 5 minutes by car to the Marmolada cable car or alternatively cca 2-3 minutes more to the 4-chairlfit Padon which connects you to the Arabba/Sella Ronda slopes directly (be early, limited parking). As other are saying, the buidling and the facilties are not new but they are nice and cozy and well kept. Breakfast is completely satisfactory with plenty of sweets. Same for dinner, good portions and good food. Spa is 20eur person but we didn't try it. Rooms are basic but well taken care of and very clean and warm. There was no noise in the rooms despite quite some quests in the hotel. The hotel also has a ski storage with boot heaters which is nice (make sure with the hotel stuff that they work, one morning our boots were cold and moist). Overall excellent value for money and good location for skiing.

You have to ask at the reception for a hair dryer - these should be in every room given that probably everyone washes their hair after a full day of skiing and they cost like 15eur these days. There could also be water kettles in the rooms so guest could make a cup of tea in the room. Only pure basic white bread for breakfast (beside toasts).
