I came to town for a quick over night trip. I had not planned on staying but needed a hotel. I booked the hotel while on the road, it was an effortless booking. I walked in the staff was super friendly and pleasant. It took all of 10 minutes and I was able to relax in my clean comfy room. Kudos!

I wholeheartedly was surprised at how clean this hotel was throughout. The front desk could use some upgrading including the front desk employee Rod. The young ladies at the front desk were both pleasant and professional, however Rod was rude, impolite and unprofessional-and unprovoked. It matters not what he did so I dont need to publish it here. Do not be deterred by my comment about his isolated attitude, demeanor, blatant disrespectful laugh and loud whopping when he knew he was wrong and not even being spoken with. The hotel is worth staying as it is very comfortable and extremely clean throughout the hotel, their gym and the room I stayed in overnight. The price point was a little high. They only had one front desk attendant with over 7 people in line; Rod wheeled himself through the line stating he would help the next person in line, only to help the young lady resolve an issue- further delaying assisting the clients in line.
