No hand paper, washing machine detergent and milk coffee capsules was provided

Very warm and beautifully designed and a good location

After a week’s skiing, a couple of washing powder tablets would have been great

Great location where close to DFDS, train central , shopping district and restaurants. All walkable distance!

Just minor things. Add more towel rack in toilets and some bowls in the kitchen.

location was very close to city center and a bus stop was right outside the building if you wanted to travel anywhere further, comfy bed, all facilities needed, shop right outside, recommend highly

went Monday to Thursday and was quiet until the last night, might get a little load over the weekend as there was a bar close by but we didn't experience that as we didn't go over the weekend and it would only be guessing.

Location is excellent. Walkable from Oslo Sentral, and to many Oslo attractions, also a bus stop right in front, and some grocery stores very near. Fully furnished, and clean, when we checked in. Washer/Dryer was very handy, as we got caught in rain on our first day, and were able to get things dry quickly in the night.

Linen for Sofabed could be replaced.

Property was terrible

Dirty , unclean sheets and furniture. Rude customer service . Whomever I spoke with on the phone called me stupid because I didn’t receive the email with instructions on how to obtain the key

Property was in a good location and was an excellent size with nice amenities for a family of 4.

The kitchen area and living room area could have been a bit cleaner and it would have been nice if their were mor or better pillows for all the beds.

The flat is very much at Oslo central. It is quite easy to get to all the central tourist attractions by foot or by public transportation. Also, there are many restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The flat is nicely decorated, looks like online, the level of cleanliness was like a 7/ 10. We initally had some trouble with the handover of keys, but the host replied very quickly to each question by email and called back very quickly as well, so the communication was great.

We initally planned on using the apartment to eat out less and cook for ourselves. However, althought there are pots to use, there is hardly any other gear to cook, the flat is very sparsely equipped; there wasn't even kitchen roll or washing-up liquid in the kitchen, only hand soap. The coffee machine wasn't working. At night, the street is quite lively, at least during our stay in summer.
