Hostel Criativo do Sabugueiro

Tudo organizado e limpo. Amplo, bonito!

Não atendem o telefone e demoram para responder as mensagens. Perguntei para o vizinho onde encontrar um responsável pelo hostel. Fui até o local e precisei aguardar a funcionária (muito simpática) terminar outro serviço. Aguardei num café até que ela pudesse me atender.

A localidade é boa pois esta perto de Seia, e de praias fluviais, e tem vários restaurantes e comércios na avenida principal

Fiz a reserva de um quarto com casa de banho privativo e quando cheguei ao Hostel me colocaram em outro quarto falando que o quarto que reservei ja tinha sido reservado, sendo que no booking estava disponível, quarto este bem inferior, pequeno, a janela nao abre, a roupa de cama suja e com mal cheiro, o quarto com teias de aranha, parecia que alguém tinha se hospedado antes de mim e nao fizeram a limpeza do quarto nem trocaram a roupa de cama e me colocaram, a casa de banho com bolor e a sanita com mau cheiro, não fica nenhum funcionário no hostel caso precisasse de algo, um casal que estava la que foram prestativos quando precisei de ajuda com a funcionalidade da cozinha.

Super and friendly hostel in Sabugueiro! I stayed 2 nights and unfortunately I was alone in the whole hostel but I felt like home with the staff. Free-use kitchen is a plus! They allowed me to keep my bike safe inside as well.

Superb place! Easy and quick check in and check out! Lovely stay in a great area near the walks in the mountains. Very confortable and big spaces in the building! Definitely a place to come back! Obrigado!

The view from the hostel's social area and dinning room is amazing. The balcony going around the house is very good as well and allows an almost 180º view. The fact that you can use the kitchen to cook is also positive.

The forest has been burnt some years back so the beauty is highly reduced, no trees to be seen which is really sad. Never liked to see the dogs (Serra da Estrela breed) always leaves me sad (it's not related to the hostel but the village) as they are kept in small cages all day long, and these are sheperd dogs. There was no one there and no door bell at the door so I had to call to a number that then called to someone else, a guest on the hostel, to open the door to us and show us the way. No information whatsoever from the region was provided, including the fact that there's a natural swimpool. The place is clean and neat but needs improvment on these points.
