The bedroom looked clean and nice until I found cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom I spent $200.00 for a room with cockroaches .

Despite the fact that we had paid for the room, the hotel called us twenty minutes before our arrival to say that they were overbooked and we had nowhere to sleep for the night. For a family with kids, it is a nightmare! All hotels in the area were booked (and booking.com did not help us in any way!), so we literally had nowhere to go but return home. Never again will we be staying at any Comfort Inn!
