It took forever to get room service. And the room was very noise with traffic and kids running in the hallway for both nights. I guess there was a boys hockey team playing so the entire floor was full of kids and they were playing tag and hide and seek in the hallway. There were dust balls in the heater vents and room felt dirty.

Close to everything from shopping to tourist spots to restaurants!

The room entrance was too small for 3 adults. We came in the winter and putting away coats and boots was hectic. Also there wasn’t enough light in the room. Very dim at night. Would have been nice to have a night stand between the beds.

L'emplacement, les biscuits à l'arrivée, la salle du déjeuner, le stationnement directement connecté à l'hôtel, le fait d'avoir une piscine.

La grandeur du lit (double au lieu de queen), la grandeur de la chambre (un peu petite pour 4 personnes) et le décor de la piscine était un peu ordinaire.

Breakfast and location are just amazing . Room washroom and cleanliness are great too .

Common areas cleanliness and pool keeping is low . Dirty carpets and mirky water in the pool .
