Nice rooms in a great location. Close to Byward Market and Rideau Center. Lots of different restaurants in the area, easy walking. Staff was very helpful with requests and cab arrangements. Doubletree was an upgrade from the Novotel it used to be. Ottawa Transit changed their routes so there’s no good direct route from the airport anymore, but the cab was not expensive.

Quiet, clean and friendly staff

I wish I knew before there were renovations and the elevator from the parking garage wasn't working. I received notice but it was too later to change my reservation The signs in the parking garage to get to the hotel were terrible, not enough signs and went around looking how to get inside the hotel
